This is a collection of the loaves, bagels, and bakes I’ve been making as I’ve learned and grown with sourdough.

Everything here is made in small batches with simple ingredients and a lot of care. What started as something just for my family has slowly turned into something I genuinely love.

I’m still learning and refining as I go, but each bake is intentional — and meant to be shared.
